Do I need to open the app to synchronise activity data?
Only if no connected Klyqa Welly is available within Bluetooth range of Pet Fyt. When Welly is connected and within range, it synchronises Pet Fyt data automatically. You do not need to open the app or keep your phone nearby. Without Welly in range,
Will Pet Fyt keep recording when my phone is away?
Yes. Pet Fyt records activity and stores up to 7 days of data locally. If a connected Welly is within Bluetooth range, synchronisation happens automatically. Otherwise, bring your phone near Pet Fyt and open the app before the local storage period is
What happens if Pet Fyt is not synchronised for more than 7 days?
Older unsynchronised records may no longer be available. If you do not have a connected Welly within range, we recommend synchronising through the app daily where practical.
Can data synchronise while I am away from home?
Yes, if Pet Fyt is within Bluetooth range of a connected Welly at home. Welly handles synchronisation automatically while your phone is away. If Pet Fyt is also away from Welly, its records remain stored locally until it can synchronise again.
Why do the Device page and Pet page show different information?
The Device page shows current tracker data when Pet Fyt is reachable directly through Bluetooth or through a connected Welly. The Pet page shows historical activity information, including movement intensity, calculated and reported once per hour. Rec
Why is some activity data missing?
Check that Pet Fyt was charged, switched on and worn during the missing period. Then check synchronisation: Welly must be connected and within Bluetooth range, or you need to open the app near Pet Fyt. Also check the selected pet and date, and allow
